Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every item is 100% authentic Mackage, brand new with tags, and inspected before listing.
Why are prices lower than the official site?
We focus on past-season styles and run a resale model without boutique overhead, so our prices are about 10% below official retail. Each product page shows the official price alongside our price.
How soon will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched from North America within 2–4 business days.
How much is shipping?
Flat C$20 across Canada and the US, free on orders over C$1,000 — calculated automatically at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada and the US. Other countries are not supported yet.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit / debit card (securely processed in Canada via Helcim), Interac e-Transfer (lowest fees — transfer after ordering following the on-page instructions), or order via WeChat (pay in CNY or CAD).
Are taxes included?
All prices are in CAD. No additional taxes are charged at checkout at this time.
How do I choose a size?
We recommend ordering your usual Mackage size. All sales are final (including wrong-size orders), so please double-check before ordering.
Is stock accurate? Could my size sell out?
Inventory is updated weekly. Past-season pieces are often one of a kind and cannot be restocked — first come, first served. For popular low-stock items, we confirm availability with you before taking payment.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final; we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos for a replacement or refund. See “Returns” in the footer for the full policy.
